Driver Scorecard:
At John R. Reed, Inc., we believe
in paying you for what you do. Each driver has the
opportunity to set his/her pay scale through an
incentive program known as “Driver Scorecard.” Depending
on how you perform in areas of miles, fuel miles per
gallon, and safety, you can increase your pay by up to
12%.
